Bem, voc\u00ea j\u00e1 vai entender melhor, continue a leitura e vem comigo:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agora vou te chamar mais pra perto porque contarei sobre dois momentos que temos em nosso time, ambos acontecem durante a nossa reuni\u00e3o semanal, que ocorre sempre \u00e0s sextas-feiras de tarde.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tem muita gente que prefere fazer as reuni\u00f5es gerais dos times no come\u00e7o da semana, n\u00f3s aqui optamos por ser no final dela, assim fizemos uma revis\u00e3o do que passou, com espa\u00e7o para feedbacks e alinhamos o que vai acontecer na pr\u00f3xima semana e mais adiante se necess\u00e1rio e, assuntos pontuais a serem vistos, discutidos e resolvidos em conjunto. Depois de debatermos essa pauta abrimos espa\u00e7o para o <\/span><b>\u201c<\/b><b>&#x2620;&#xfe0f;<\/b><b> Desafio\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e para a <\/span><b>\u201c<\/b><b>&#x1f3a1;<\/b><b>Din\u00e2mica\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Tamb\u00e9m, \u00e9 um momento de criar as pautas, de olhar para o time e ver o que est\u00e1 acontecendo no presente e antever o que pode acontecer em um futuro pr\u00f3ximo, conversar com todas e solicitar suas pautas e ainda, criar e propor o <\/span><strong>\u201c&#x2620;&#xfe0f; Desafio\u201d<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e a <\/span><b>\u201c<\/b><strong>&#x1f3a1;Din\u00e2mica\u201d<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, os quais vamos ver com mais detalhes agora:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>&#x2620;&#xfe0f;<\/b><b> Desafio<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como mencionei, o \u201cdesafio\u201d \u00e9 o momento de quem est\u00e1 conduzindo a reuni\u00e3o dar uma miss\u00e3o para o time fazer (ah e, a pessoa que est\u00e1 propondo tamb\u00e9m tem que cumprir) at\u00e9 a data da pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o, ou seja, aqui na nossa realidade, tem at\u00e9 a outra sexta-feira para fazer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este \u201cdesafio\u201d \u00e9 para ser criativo e propor ao time algo diferente, fora do comum e, pode ser bem simples ou, totalmente mirabolante, pessoal ou, que envolva o trabalho. Eu separei alguns desafios que n\u00f3s j\u00e1 fizemos por aqui, espero que voc\u00ea goste e, proponha para o seu time realizar eles tamb\u00e9m:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>20 ideias de Desafios:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>01 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se voc\u00ea conseguisse voltar pro passado e editar algo da sua vida, o que seria? Pode usar um post-it, agenda, planilha, ou at\u00e9 mesmo o bloco de notas do celular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>10 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ter uma conversa profunda com seu\/seus pet\/pets, falar sobre o quanto o\/os ama e sobre a import\u00e2ncia dele\/deles na sua vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>11 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pegar uma atividade que voc\u00ea quer fazer, mas tem muita dificuldade e desmembrar ela em passos pr\u00e1ticos e realizar essa atividade na pr\u00f3xima semana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>12 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartilhar dois objetivos\/desejos\/sonhos pessoais para o pr\u00f3ximo ano e, como pretende fazer para alcan\u00e7\u00e1-los.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>13 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lista de fracassos: a ideia \u00e9 fazer uma lista de fracassos que tivemos neste per\u00edodo do ano. (Em outro momento pode-se fazer uma lista dos sucessos.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>14 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Criar uma m\u00e1quina do tempo<\/span><b>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A) Escolher um dia, e todos os anos neste mesmo dia, escrever, gravar um v\u00eddeo ou um \u00e1udio, contando o que est\u00e1 acontecendo na sua vida naquele momento. Possibilita voltar no tempo daqui a alguns anos e ver sua vers\u00e3o na \u00e9poca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B) Come\u00e7ar a fazer playlists com as m\u00fasicas mais marcantes do seu ano (pode olhar a playlist que o Spotify cria para voc\u00ea, e escolher as mais importantes).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B) Olhar o \u00e1lbum de fotos do celular, revisitando as fotos que voc\u00ea j\u00e1 tirou ano a ano (at\u00e9 para excluir as que foram tiradas em excesso). Isso faz rever as imagens antigas, relembrando os momentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D) Procurar os melhores desenhos, m\u00fasicas ou filmes de uma determinada d\u00e9cada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E) Revisitar os seus cadernos de anota\u00e7\u00f5es antigas, revendo o que voc\u00ea j\u00e1 criou, quando pensava de maneiras diferentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>15 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartilhar uma coisa que voc\u00ea fez no fim de semana e te deixou plena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>16 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fazer entre duas e tr\u00eas li\u00e7\u00f5es do Duolingo todos os dias no idioma a sua escolha. Bora praticar!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>17 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desafio dos 10 anos: contar alguma coisa que gostava 10 anos atr\u00e1s e n\u00e3o gosta mais e outra que continua curtindo ap\u00f3s todo esse tempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>18 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tentar usar o chat GPT para auxiliar alguma demanda\/tarefa sua e compartilhar com o time como foi a experi\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>19 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trazer 4 personagens de filmes\/s\u00e9ries que voc\u00ea acredita que refletem a sua personalidade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>20 &#x2620;&#xfe0f; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se for poss\u00edvel, realizar alguma doa\u00e7\u00e3o no natal (pegar cartinha, procurar alguma institui\u00e7\u00e3o) ou at\u00e9 mesmo divulgar um local que esteja recebendo doa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>&#x1f3a1;<\/b><b>Din\u00e2mica<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A \u201cdin\u00e2mica\u201d \u00e9 o momento que fecha o nosso encontro semanal, \u00e9 sexta-feira fim da tarde e terminamos juntas e nos divertindo, com a energia l\u00e1 em cima ou, totalmente relaxadas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqui, a criatividade n\u00e3o tem limites. Quem estiver \u00e0 frente da reuni\u00e3o pode desenvolver uma atividade, como tamb\u00e9m buscar ideias e inspira\u00e7\u00f5es e, enviar o link de um jogo online. Se precisar de algum material (como papel colorido, tesoura, tinta\u2026) \u00e9 s\u00f3 avisar com anteced\u00eancia para que todas tenham tudo em m\u00e3os. Eu me empolguei e deixei muitas ideias de din\u00e2micas pra voc\u00ea:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>32 sugest\u00f5es de Din\u00e2micas:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>01 &#x1f3a1; &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time Guessr: um jogo para tentar adivinhar o local e o ano onde a foto mostrada foi tirada. Pode ser feito todas juntas, compartilhando a tela ou, cada uma faz sozinha e v\u00e3o comentando e dividindo seus palpites e acertos.
